People with specific injuries and health conditions will benefit from personal lessons. You will enjoy an interesting variety of moves and practices to keep your motivation going.
After an initial assessment training, a series of practices will be designed to cater to your individual needs and goals.
Private lessons can be shared your partner, a friend or work colleagues.
- Yoga Therapy
Yoga brings you balance and unity of the mind and body systems. Aside from strength flexibility, balance, co-ordination and endurance, yoga is a science, serving as a powerful healing tool for many conditions. Yoga asana, pranayama breathwork and meditation techniques are combined to suit your needs. Certain asanas and pranyama can restore and strengthen your nerves, aid digestion, soothe the central nervous system and improve the cardio-vascular system. Many practices are also highly beneficial for stress reduction, high or low blood pressure, depression and anxiety. They can flush out the lymphatic system and help clear out toxins.
- Yoga & Fitness at the Beach
Enjoy doing your classes in the fresh air, under the trees, as you take the panoramin ocean views. Classes begin @ 6.30am and run 6 days a week, including our well-loved Sunday Yoga & Brunch.
Pilates develops 'core stability' for good posture to protect your spine, training you to move your body both safely and powerfully. This will enhance your yoga practice, other fitness programs or simply going about your daily activities. Through correct muscle recruitment, you will ensure minimal wear and tear on your joints. Cultivating Healthy Habits Many of us have accumulated bad postural habits from hereditary factors, injuries, illness or lazy habits. You can undo years of bad body use, by learning to re-educate the body to move correctly Our muscles reflect repetitive patterns of use, dis-use or mis-use. Changes in muscle function particularly affects our postural muscles that lie deep within the body. If they weaken, other muscles will take on their role and muscle imbalances occur.

Our Team Profiles
Mirella ParryPosition Profile
Dedicated to physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, I have been on the path of yoga and personal transformation for 24 years. I have played the roles of student, yoga therapist, body worker and retreat facilitator. My greatest learning curve came after a car accident in 1993, leaving me feeling physically and emotionally helpless and unable to pursue my beloved yoga practice. During my recovery, I discovered the rehabilitative power of pilates, and their role in allowing me to safely resume yoga. I developed a more profound sense of compassion for individual differences and realized the importance of nurturing the unique differences in each individual. My training continued with wonderful teachers and yoga therapists in India, Australia and the USA, who continually motivate and inspire me. I love working with a variety of people of different ages, ability and background. Recently, I have began teaching children and teens.
