I have been training with Aaron for approximately 2 years. I can say without hesitation that he is an exceptional trainer and a genuine person. I have the upmost respect for him and it is an honour to write this. He is not just interested in the development of the body but also the well being of the entire person. He cares about me not just my muscles. He is not concerned about how much I can lift, but that my technique and form is perfect. I know that regardless of what I am doing that particular exercise or session was done for a purpose and will always be beneficial. I swear and curse at him but he knows I love it and the more it hurts the more I will achieve. I know I give everything when I train but he has the ability to get that little bit more. He strives to get that extra effort out of me and that’s what really counts. I am not interested in a trainer that is only focused on heavy lifting. I need someone that gets me to that next level every session, while concentrating on the entire body and mind. Training with Aaron is never repetitive or boring. Even though you are still working the same muscle groups, there are continually new and harder challenges that are put in front of me. I am the sort of person who hates not being able to do something so I absolutely give it all for myself but also because I want Aaron to respect me. I can honestly say that I would recommend Aaron to anyone if they want a trainer that will improve their entire body the right way. For the past two years, I have been seeing Aaron on a regular weekly basis for one on one personal training. In that time, Aaron has motivated me and helped me achieve several personal goals and physical milestones. He possesses a great knowledge of the human body and how it operates, and a persona of genuine care to get me to where I want to be. Having a basketball background, Aaron has trained me in extensive plyometrics, weight training, and sports specific regimes that have increased my explosive power and vertical leap significantly. Aaron has also work extensively on my cardiovascular fitness and conditioning, which has helped to increase my aerobic power and endurance. Through his nutritional advice and watchful one on one interactions in the gym, I have managed to lose approx 8 kilos in the last couple of months, after gaining some unwanted body fat and weight after an indulgent trip to Europe. I feel better, look better, and am more confident with my physicality, and I would not have been able to reach this level if it weren't for Aaron. The rapport and relationship we have developed is something you can’t buy or fake, and it’s that comfort and personalisation that keeps me coming back time and time again, and I will continue to do so long into the future. How do you thank the guy who helped save your life? I was 27 years old, 40kg overweight and had not exercised in years. I had tried every diet and had spurts of exercise, but could not stay motivated for more than a few weeks. I was always tired, felt awful about myself, and had bad skin, several chins and an increasing waistline. My local gym put me onto Aaron Taylor to help kick start my weight loss and fitness. I was so scared of training with a personal trainer, because I thought that it was only for athletes or those people who had been going to the gym for years. My first meeting with Aaron put my mind at rest – though my muscles were allowed to do anything but rest! But I kept going back because he was so positive and encouraging and really knew his stuff. He pushed me to continue where I would have quit, helped me through those days when I wanted to be anywhere BUT the gym, and even helped me face my fear of the chin up machine! I trained with Aaron over a period of five years and in that time he helped me lose over 30kg. That is three massive bags of potatoes people! I can now buy clothes from normal clothes stores, run on the treadmill, throw a mean left hook (thanks to the boxing workouts) and know how to push myself past where I would normally have stopped. And, I am fitter, healthier and more confident than I have been in years and that is thanks to Aaron. The hardest thing to do is have that first session. Just do it.

I have been training with Will for 2 years. I was really nervous when I first started, having had bad experiences in the past, but from the first session Will has been nothing except kind, understanding and supportive. My goal has always been weight loss with the added bonus increased fitness. It took me a long time to ‘organise’ myself to work with Will to make progress in this. Through all of my excuses Will listened carefully, whilst not accepting one of them, then gave me ways to improve myself. When I finally started listening to his advice and following it I lost a lot of weight quickly. Whilst I have not reached my goal I am well on my way and with Wills help I will achieve it quicker then I could have ever managed on my own. He is an exceptional trainer and coach. I love the new studio, he has put together fantastic trainers supported by top of the range equipment that make each training session different and challenging. I will be forever grateful for the time and support over the last 2 years.
