How long does a Bowen treatment take?
A treatment usually requires the client to lie on a masage bed or sit on a chair and can be performed through light clothing. Sessions last from 45 mins to an hour. To treat most conditions clients are usually recommended to have 2-3 sessions, however more complex conditions may require more treatments. A break of 5 -7 days between treaments is ideal.
Is Bowen the same as massage?
No it is not.
