I have been at Rockets PT gym for the past 4 years. Since Paul took over the business 2 years ago, I could not fault his passion and personal dedication he demonstrates with me personally and other customers. Paul has great understanding and knowledge of what a personal journey one requires to take to lose weight and be fit, to improve inner health issues. Pauls support has alway been positive always making you feel comfortable even when you have stopped looking after yourself, walk into the gym feeling like you have slipped down again, Paul always pick you up. He has a great team working with him that are very dedicated. I will continue my journey at "Rockets". For those who are wondering my age "54" never to late to make changes. Thank you Paul
