Can I have a trial? yes we have a trial pass available for download in the special offers section of this site for local residents. What are the quietest times? From 11am through to 3pm. What are the busiest times? Evenings from 6 to 7.30pm. Are there free weights? Yes. - Bench press, squats, 2 racks of dumbells and incline flat and decline benches. Is there parking? On street parking, the best option being Edgecliff Rd depending on from which direction you are coming from. Car Park - New McLean St - Use the second car park for the Edgecliff Shoppng centre. There is 2 hours free. Can I join online? There is a good balance of men and women from all age groups. Will someone show me how to use the equipment? Yes- All memberships include (no additioinal charge) exercise prescription. ie we write a program for you. All our staff are qualified fitness trainers. Do you have classes?
