Mark is a fully qualified personal trainer with specialties in rehab and nutrition. Marks experience and expertise encompasses resistance training, and sports strength and conditioning, as well as general weight loss and overcoming injury. He has a competitive sports background, ranging from football and triathlon to speed skating and inline hockey. Marks greatest satisfaction comes from getting his clients mobile and enjoying their exercises.
