im in the best shape of my life i been using this gym for just over 12months .the classes Pilates Physique offer are great just not a boring workout its sumthing new every class its all about getting great results .ididnt try pilates untill my friend took me to one class and ive been going every since the experiance is 10/10!

pliates Physique a great gym my experiance has great very friendly staff and very proffessional .great for work after work and their classes are great .
