I've been in the health and fitness Industry for over 2 years and during this time I have begun to work with assisting clients in weight loss, nutrition and goal setting.
I am currently running group training classes, Pilates and one on one Personal Training and Pilates. During this time my clients have lost weight and become lean, fit, happy and healthy as I continue to help them stay positive and avoid excuses.
It's important to realise that everyone is different, so by incorporating strength building, body conditioning and functional style training along with Pilates and Nutrition, clients have fast tracked their results whilst maintaining a better, healthier lifestyle long term.
I've worked with a wide range of clients including children as young as 8 and can help with a food and exercise program for whatever your goals might be.As we are now into Summer, it's important to get out there and be active. Not only can I get you fitter through one on one training, but can help you with stability, movement and flexibility through Pilates.
