Sessions are run both in home as well as outdoors & are always varied to keep you motivated & challenged at every session. Online training is also offered to those who lack the time or resources to train elsewhere, ow who simply want the freedom to train when they want and where they want.
All shapes, sizes & fitness levels are more than welcome & sessions will always cater to what you want to achieve. There are no excuses!

I have over 13 years experience in the health & fitness industry, in personal training & group fitness. I am passionate about my training & love to help others achieve their fitness goals, whether they be to lose 10kg or to run a marathon. For me, this is more than just a job, it's a lifestyle, and something that I live every day. I want the very best for those that I train, and aim to share as much knowledge about training and nutrition as possible, so they can make better choices everyday to live a happier, healthier and longer life! I use a variety of training methods, including steady state cardio, weight training, boxing, yoga, body weight exercise, interval training and agility work. I aim to keep sessions challenging and interesting to keep motivation high and keep the body constantly changing and adapting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Running sessions help to improve your current running times and distances as well as prepare you for upcoming events. Each session we vary the distance and route we run, to keep it interesting and challenging.
Group sessions currently run weeknights:
1 on 1 sessions available Monday to Friday, both morning and night - please contact me for further details.
Online programs are great for those who want to work out at home.
Ideal if you are time poor, if you are a stay at home parent, or if you do not have easy access to a gym. A program will be designed for you based on your goals, fitness level & time available & will be updated regularly to keep you motivated.
There are 2 programs available:
12 week full support
This program offers you a new training program every 4 weeks of the 12 weeks, as well as dietary advice. Daily email support is also offered to keep you motivated & to answer your fitness & diet queries. This is the nearest thing to having your own trainer beside you, without having to leave your home.
12 week regular program
This program offers you 2 training programs over the 12 weeks, dietary advice and weekly email support
1 on 1 personal training will help you achieve the body and fitness level you want. Sessions are specific to your goals, are varied at each session and allow you to achieve results in a short period of time.
Ideal for those who are new or returning to exercise as well as those who want to achieve more from their body and push themselves more than they can alone.
Everyone can benefit from Personal Training-from the beginner who needs assistance with where to start when it comes to training, to the advanced fitness enthusiast who wants to be their very best.
