I was sick and tired of wasting away in front of a computer and reflecting with longing back to my younger fitter days, I decided to make a change.

I am on a journey to improve my health and fitness and to help all those around me on their own journey and to set a good example for my young boys as they grow up. I am passionate about functional strength, fitness and mobility training as I want to be active and vivacious for the rest of my life - and help people achieve the same! I am a dedicated martial arts instructor and my aim is to help people improve their fitness, strength, mobility, flexibility and confidence.

Hi Anna, I really enjoyed the intensity of my first workout with you and now have a fairly good idea what I've got myself in for! Exactly what I was hoping for....so it's all good (even though the look on my face during yesterday's workout may have made you think otherwise). So post workout....well I was in bed by 9.30pm last night, asleep straight away and didn't wake until the morning. This is actually quite rare for me....I usually do a fair bit of tossing and turning, waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. So the workout must've really flogged me for me to be that tired! Today my forearms and trunk are pretty sore but legs are fine so a run will be no probs. Anyways it's great to have found you. I know that from now on I will only be training out of my comfort zone and am looking forward to seeing what my body is capable of. See you tomorrow with a properly fueled body!

Hi Anna, It is Simone Cooper - I come to your training sessions on a Monday and Wednesday morning at Mitchelton. I just wanted to let you know how fantastic I am feeling since I have started 7 weeks ago with Executive Results. I can now fit nicely into my jeans - no muffin top!! and I am not as self-conscious about my arms in sleeveless tops. Not only am I feeling better about my body, but I have changed my lifestyle - not eating as much junk and I now have the get up and go to take my daughter for a bike ride or go for a jog with the dog. I just needed that little push.... The new trainer (Natalie), we have on a Wednesday is great... She works us hard as well as motivating us with positive remarks throughout our sessions which is rewarding when you are sweating it out.

Time flies, I feel fitter and the fitter we get, the harder Colonel Anna makes the session. I'm a bit sore after carrying truck tyres around an oval yesterday. It's nice to nearly pass out only to realise the session is over, oh yeah, I got 3 ant bites after yesterday's session, that's what 100 metres of commando crawls over ants nest will do to you.

I vaguely remember Colonel Anna at the first session yelling something about "Rain, Hail or Shine we still do Boot Camp". At the time I thought it was just abit of the talk-up, but yesterday afternoon we learnt that she is a woman ofher word. The harder the rain got, the harder she pushed us. By the end, every one of us was wet to the bone and covered in grass, mud and whatever else is found lying around parks (use your imagination). To tell the truth, I didn't mind the rain as it was much cooler. I am pretty sore today so I think the coolness meant I worked harder.

We approached Executive Results to help us prepare for our upcoming trek to Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal. We didn’t really know what to expect coming to our very first session of Executive Results Training. We were told that it would be the hardest we would have ever worked but reality didn’t set in until we were actually doing it and working well and truly harder than we ever had. After the first session, when we were exhausted lying on the grass, we both felt a sense of pride and achievement for getting through the session. Every session followed the same storyline... we turned up to each week feeling a sense of the first-day-anxiety as we were never sure what we were in for because no session was ever the same. Every week we worked the hardest we had ever worked – gaining not only physical fitness but increasing our stamina and improving our willpower. This helped us push ourselves that little bit further. After every session, while we were absolutely exhausted, we were always buzzing with a sense of euphoria - it is an awesome feeling! Since completing Executive Results Training, we have run the Bridge to Brisbane in personal best times, and we continue to train regularly both outdoors and at the gym. These activities seem so much easier with our new level of physical and mental endurance. In our first week, Anna introduced us to her motto "Pain is only weakness leaving the body!". After that first week, we had a lot of weakness leaving our bodies! After finishing Executive Results Training, we are not only physically prepared for our Trek to Nepal, but also mentally strong and equipped for the challenges we will face.

Natalie has been great. She does a lot of cardio - running and push ups. She takes the time to learn our names and uses them throughout the session (I think that is important as it makes me feel like she is really trying to help me reach the end). All of the trainers have been great. The only thing I like about your sessions in particular is that no session is ever the same! The element of surprise which I like (but that's me - perhaps others like routine). If it is boring, I get bored (like aerobics).
