Fitness Centres

Fitness centres, also known as health clubs, typically offer the same type of health related services as gyms with some extra features too. You can expect the same sort of weights, weight-lifting machines and equipment, cardio equipment such as exercise bikes, treadmills and steppers and a range of classes too.

You will find the classes range in intensity and purpose between each fitness centre, and some classes will be very high intensity such as boot camps while others will likely cater to different needs.
