Huge thankyou to all at City Fit. Joined in June this year while I stayed in Bundaberg. In may this year I weighed 86kg, very high cholesterol level, hyper tension, minimal fitness. With the help of you guys I now weigh 74kg have normal blood pressure levels, cholesterol of 3.4 and am fitter than I have been for 15yrs. The programmes you designed for me worked perfectly. Whenever I had a question or query it was dealt with promptly, professionally and with a smile. Your facilities are great, spacious, up to date and clean.
