Our Team Profiles
Tommy has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Degree and brings a unique style to the studio. Tommy is always incorporating the latest new techniques to his dynamic training sessions. Tommy's passion towards exercise and fitness easily influences and encourages his clients. Whilst specialising in resistance and core strength training, Tommy is a big believer in functional fitness and correct technique.
Andy is not only a personal trainer, but also a qualified massage therapist and teaches Fitness courses at Randwick Tafe College. So you are guaranteed to get the very best knowledge and advice from Andy when it comes to fitness and the human body. Andy is particular on muscles development and flexibility. He enjoys developing everyone's fitness potential, whilst educating them about safe and productive training.
Health and Wellbeing has long been a passion of Lauren's, plus she is also a qualified beauty therapist and continually expanding her knowledge and experience in all aspects of Health and Fitness. Lauren is a member of The Australian Pilates Academy and Pilates Method Alliance and her Pilates qualifications include Intermediate Mat, Intermediate Reformer, Fitball and Pregnancy. Pilates and Fitness is Lauren's lifestyle and she finds it both professionally and personally rewarding sharing her passion. She loves seeing her clients achieve goals, see results and live pain free. She strives to make her classes informative, challenging but most importantly fun and enjoyable creating an environment that will strengthen your body and relax your mind.
Kirrilee is an Exercise Physiologist accredited with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). She focuses on adapting sessions to accommodate for and address any health concerns or injuries. Kirrilee is a strong believer that nobody is too old to start living a more active lifestyle, and has spent a lot of time working with older clientele. As a posture fanatic, Kirrilee can tailor routines to address any movement impairment which may be causing pain or limiting training performance.
