Ann Clarke, Strathalbyn "Client: 52 yr old woman I first saw ******** at my clinic 12/01/06 presenting with (R) shoulder pain. Her movements were restricted and very painful. On examination, I determined ******** was suffering a form of frozen shoulder. We began treatment and over the next 9 months I treated her fortnightly, with the condition improving slowly. Her shoulder was back to normal range of movement by her visit 27/10/06. No pain was experienced on examination and her strength in (R) arm and shoulder was at normal range. ******** presented to my clinic again 10/08/07 this time with a painful (L) shoulder. Some range of movement was limited on examination, but not as severe as the (R) shoulder had been. She under went regular treatments on the (L) shoulder until May 2008 with improvements noticed each visits. ******** regularly has regular massages and on reading the massage history she has had no further loss of movement in either arm or shoulders since last visit 26/09/08.
