Where does the name 6S come from and what does it stand for?
When 6S Health was first established, we were primarily about exercise-based management of injury and disease, so 6S was founded on:

These performance aspects relate to almost all injury and disease conditions. Since 2009, we have grown and expanded our range of services to include more hands-on options for treatment, plus we now involve many other allied health professionals.
